Admission and Enrollment

5C’s Development Program (5C’s) is open to all individuals who are eligible for admission, and we are dedicated to serving your educational needs, without regard to age, race, color, national origin, sex, religion, marital status, disability, political affiliation or belief.

How To Apply

Education

Educational requirements are determined by the 5C’s Development Program. Requirements may vary according to the selected program of study. A high school diploma or the equivalent (GED) is desirable but is not an entrance requirement for all of the 5C’s programs.  We highly encourage all applicants without a high school diploma or GED to take steps to complete a recognized GED program to ensure future employment.  We have provided students with a list of online programs on the student resource page.

Home-schooled student documents are also accepted for participation in the 5C’s Development Program.

Home Schooled Applicant Guidelines

Applicants who have been home schooled must submit the following documentation:

Submission of a letter of intent to home school.

  • Verified attendance reports.

  • Annual progress reports or final transcript from junior and senior years written by the student’s primary instructor at his/her home school.

  • The final progress report with the student’s graduation date.

Application Deadline

Applicants for admission to 5C’s technical certificate programs are required to provide the following documents:  High School transcript or GED transcript on file in the Admissions Office according to the deadline dates, published on the 5C’s calendar. Applicants with an incomplete file or application received after the deadline may choose to be processed for special admission status. It is the mission of 5C’s Development Program to assist students in achieving their personal and professional goals.   It is the responsibility of the student to complete the requirements for admission into the 5C’s Development Program.
